App Features

The app may rely on components and technologies provided by 3rd parties. These components may stop working, change behavior, or incur costs that must be passed on to app users. As a result, app features may at times need to be modified, added or removed with or without prior notice to users.

Bundled Add-ons

The app provides the ability to make in-app purchases. Some purchases are bundles that grant access to other add-ons. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the description, bundled add-ons do not grant or include access to subscription-based content or consumable items.

GDPR Request Limitations

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) are entitled by GDPR regulations to request their data from within the application. However, since GDPR requests incur a non-zero processing cost, users are required to moderate the frequency of requests. Intentionally exceeding reasonable limits can have both financial and availability impacts on the service and affect other users. Such behavior will not be tolerated and will be considered to be a form of abusive behavior.

Offensive Leaderboard Display Names

If a user is reported for having an offensive display name they are required to either change the name of their vehicle through Tesla.com or hide their name from the Leaderboards screen. Failure to do so upon request will be considered a Conduct Violation.

Remedies for Conduct Violations or Abusive Behavior
